Overview:Urban Councillor TSUN and his wife happened to meet the retired principal CHEUNG when they enjoyed the instrumental performance of their daughter SHAN. Meanwhile, another Legislative Councillor KUNG arrived and received warm welcome which TSUN desired. TSUN's project was being taken away by Legislative Councillor KWAN and he was blamed by the neighbours for the problem of deserted land. Therefore, he made up his mind to participate in the election of Legislative Councillor. CHEUNG advised TSUN to spend money of providing benefit to District Board members CHUNG, KIT and CHAU for striving more votes. He also bribed CHEUNG with an expensive car. All these things had been recorded by ICAC. As a result, TSUN had won the election. However, ICAC had got enough evidence to arrest him .
