Overview:The police had detected a China-Hongkong armed robbery. They suspected PANG was in league with the staff of the Customs and asked ICAC to investigate. TIN sent AU and STEVE to follow PANG and discovered that he was handling the stolen cars business. PANG bribed NAM to let his lorry which carried expensive cars to pass the Customs at Man Kam Road into the Mainland. CHEUK lost several hundred thousands in speculation. He was bought over by PANG and promised to join their smuggling activities. ICAC investigated that PANG and CHEUK were using the paging code to communicate. After detailed analysis, they got the lorry's license number plates and the working schedule. ICAC and the police set up everything in order to defeat this overland smuggling group
