							Dining with the Chef 2018 -
Overview:In this episode, we'll be making Napolitan, a Japanese spaghetti dish flavored with tomato ketchup. Chef Rika will be sharing her own original recipe: the secret ingredient is douban-jiang, a spicy chili bean paste that goes perfectly with the sweetness of tomato ketchup!
