							Dining with the Chef 2017 -
Overview:In this episode, we'll be making deliciously fragrant fried rice with kabayaki eel, which is dipped in a sweet and savory sauce and grilled. Our chef will demonstrate some techniques to make it beautiful and delicious. We'll also be making another popular dish: steam-fried gyoza dumplings. These are different from standard gyoza — the filling is made with plenty of uniquely Japanese herbs, giving Chef Saito’s recipe its own distinct flavor.
