Overview:SING tries to talk the people into putting down their weapons but fail. When they refuse to leave, he has no choice but fire. KWAN makes up his mind not to follow MUI to the US, unwilling to be her burden. SING volunteers to escort him to Guangxi, after which he will join MUI, then they will go to the US via Hong Kong together. Four days later, YEUNG bumps into KAT when he is going out to buy food. KAT tells MUI they were attacked, KWAN was killed while he himself has passed out. MUI waits for SING at the church but there is no sight of him. TEAK urges her to leave Guangzhou as soon as possible. SING has come round. The doctor at the hospital tells him he has been hit by a bomb. As he has lost his memory, he has to stay for observation. MUI places an ad at the papers looking for SING everyday ever since she has arrived at the States.
