Overview:An episode of Comedy Playhouse where Trevor Bannister and Peter Bowles play two friends who tell their wives they play for a local cricket team. Every Sunday they grab their cricket gear and head off to the local cricket pitch. This is just a front because really they going off to meet their girlfriends as they do every Sunday. The deception goes on for quite some time until one weekend the wives decide to go with them. What happens next is hilarious.
