Overview:Richard is the new kid on the airline block interviewing cabin crew for his luxury short-haul carrier Richard Taylor Executive Air. The interview is in group form, with each member encouraged to show they are a team player. This episode sees the candidates handle a number of real-life situations including a messy case of air sickness and a passenger who comes from the place below hell.
