Overview:Mollie asks Nellie to do a makeover on her in order to shed her tomboy image from hanging around Willie and Angus, and make her into a more of a girl. Meanwhile, Ned begins to resent his co-workers asking him for advice on their own problems with management. Nellie is offered a position as a teaching assistant to Miss Harper, and Spider is unwilling to show his appreciated to Willie in front of his pit boy co-workers in fear of losing his tough reputation with them.
