Biography:Timur Suleymenov (Kazakh: Тимур Сулейменов; born 1959; Alma-Ata) is Kazakh film director and screenwriter. In 1982 he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 1987 he entered the VGIK (workshop of P. Todorovsky).
