Overview:Faithful to the motto "Exercise until the end of your life", people work out at the "Fitness California" gym in Freiburg. Bernd Fleig, Mario Sabatini and Adolf Seger, all stars of the wrestling scene in the 1960s and 70s, can always be found here, flexing their muscles regardless of their age. Embellished with music and images from the Californian fitness boom, the film traces their careers as athletes and gives a loving insight into the family-run gym that stood up to the big fitness chains.
